Quick use
1. Spread the air cushion to open the air nozzle, the inflatable cushion will automatically inflate

3. Open the air nozzle, squeeze the air nozzle with both hands, adjust the air pillow to achieve a comfortable hardness.
Quick storage
1. Open the air cushion nozzle and the pillow nozzle (pinch the nozzle to deflate)

3. Kneel on your knees at the starting point and speed up the deflation. Close the air nozzle and repeat it twice
4. After deflation of the air cushion, roll up from the end
